Welcome to FastBuka. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, mobile app, or services. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

FastBuka is a blockchain-powered food and grocery delivery platform. We connect customers, vendors, and delivery riders, enabling crypto and fiat transactions for ordering food and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use FastBuka. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

A. Customers

  • You agree to provide accurate delivery information.
  • You authorize FastBuka to charge for orders and applicable fees via fiat or Stellar-supported tokens.
  • Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or abuse may lead to account suspension.

B. Vendors

  • Vendors must ensure food quality, timely fulfillment, and accurate menus.
  • FastBuka reserves the right to deactivate vendors that receive excessive complaints or violate service standards.
  • Payouts are processed via Stellar and off-ramped to your local bank or wallet.

C. Riders

  • Riders must fulfill deliveries promptly, treat customers with respect, and maintain professionalism.
  • Repeated failed deliveries or misconduct may result in account termination.
  • Earnings are settled instantly to your Stellar wallet and can be withdrawn via Flutterwave integration.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made in NGNC, XLM, USDC, or local fiat currency.
  • FastBuka deducts applicable service and platform fees before disbursing to vendors/riders.
  • Exchange rates and transaction fees may apply during currency swaps.

5. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed at FastBuka's discretion within 5–7 business days.
  • For disputes, please contact support within 24 hours of order completion.

6. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify FastBuka immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Data Privacy

  • FastBuka collects personal information under our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data will not be sold but may be used to improve services or comply with legal obligations.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use FastBuka for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to exploit the system or manipulate payouts.
  • Upload harmful, false, or offensive content.

9. Service Modifications

FastBuka may update, suspend, or modify any feature without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss due to service interruption or system maintenance.

10. Intellectual Property

All FastBuka branding, software, and content are owned by FastBuka or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

FastBuka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in that region.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of FastBuka after changes indicates acceptance.
